Apple faces a $1.4 billion lawsuit in China

Apple is facing a $1.4 billion patent infringement lawsuit in China.

The lawsuit, brought by Chinese firm Shanghai Zhizhen, claims that Apple violated its patent for a voice assistant similar to Siri. If the lawsuit is successful, it could result in all iPhone sales and production in China being halted.
