Apple packed quite a bit into its big Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) on Monday. As expected, tons of new features, upgrades, updates, and more were announced during the event.
One of the biggest announcements during WWDC was Apple’s major improvements to FaceTime. The app will now feature spatial audio, and users will also be able to share media while on a FaceTime call through a new SharePlay feature. This will allow users to watch and listen to content together while using the app.
A new Apple Wallet update will allow your personal identification to be stored digitally. Participating US states will accept the digital form of ID in US airports.
Another exciting update is that Siri will now be able to work without an internet connection, meaning it can process information and respond while offline.
This only scratches the surface of what was revealed during Monday’s conference. What other big updates and new items do Apple fans have to look forward to?
