Big Tech Update
Here are the best tech wins of the year
The year 2020 has been an odd one for sure, and technology had to adapt to new demands and needs created by the pandemic. So, what were the biggest technology wins of the year?
One of the biggest tech trends and wins of the year was all of the new home fitness options. As we all tried to stay home more as the pandemic unfolded, new and existing technology helped us work out at home without skipping a beat. From the Peloton, to fitness trackers and smartwatches like the FitBit and the Apple Watch – we had options at our fingertips to help keep our fitness goals on track. With personal training and health coach sessions via Zoom and other virtual applications, people in our fitness support system were always just one call or click away.
Another win for the tech industry this year was the Pixel 4a and the return of other similar budget-friendly phones. This year, companies proved that you didn’t have to spend a fortune to get a great smartphone with the latest features needed for our new communication needs.
