New space telescope delayed by NASA again

NASA just announced it is delaying the launch of its billion dollar project the James Webb Space Telescope, or just “Webb” for short.  
This is just the latest of many setbacks for this project, as NASA has struggled to keep the project timeline on track. It has proved to be a challenge to get Webb, a successor to the Hubble and Spitzer telescopes, into space.
