Stocks rise after record retail sales jump, reports of more stimulus
Stocks rose again today thanks, in part, to surprising retail sales numbers and reports of the Fed providing additional economic stimulus.
After days of gains, volatility seemed to return to the market as investors grew more concerned over the possibility of a second wave of COVID-19.
But will the current sales numbers and additional intervention from the Fed be enough to spur on a full recovery?
