Samsung's Unpacked event will take place next month. Here's what to expect

Samsung announced its next Unpacked event will take place next month, and the company is expected to unveil quite a few new devices and upgrades.

Unpacked will take place at 7 am PT on Wednesday, August 11. And while the company has plenty of news and updates to share, one of the top agenda items appears to be the unveiling of a new line of foldable devices that are rumored to be more affordable than past foldables.

When sending the invite to reporters for the virtual event, Samsung included the tagline “Get ready to unfold” on the invitation, further fueling the rumors of new foldable devices being unveiled.

Early reports indicate that Samsung will use the new foldable lineup to move the concept of foldable devices from a niche product to an affordable go-to that most consumers will eventually have in their pocket.

What else do we know about Samsung’s affordable and foldable device plans?

  1. Microsoft has proved to me that they cannot be trusted. I am fighting them all the time due to certain software that was installed by them. I had to pay big bucks for them to install protection so I won’t be hacked. After it was installed, they went in to my pc without my knowledge and uninstalled it. I had it reinstalled again having to pay for it and they again went in and uninstalled my programs. I think they think I am their personal bank account. More like they are bankrupting me. Don’t trust anyone from Microsoft, period. I am taking legal steps against them.
